On the directives of worthy Managing Director KPEF, seminars followed by a walk were held at KPEF Academy Kohat and KPEF Language Center Peshawar to observe the Black Day in connection to violation of partition plan and illegal occupation by Indian Armed Forces in Jammu & Kashmir on 27th October 1947. Students and faculty staff of various Higher Education Institutions have attended.

One day consultative conference on the strategy development for the training program of the Faculty & Management staff of the private sector Higher Education Institutions of KP Province with the Chief Guest Prof. Dr. Qasim Jan, the caretaker Minister for Higher Education and Vice Chairman of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Foundation ((KPEF) Board of Directors (BOD). The conference was organized by KPEF Academy Kohat held on Thursday October 12, 2023 at Institute of Education & Research (IER) University of Peshawar. Stakeholders including HEC Islamabad, HED KP, FD KP, HERA,PSRA, AFAQ, PEN, HOPE, NEC, IER UOP, Private sector HEIs, KPEF and media persons were among the delegates. Mr. Fazal Khaliq, Managing Director presented the shield to Chief Guest and also thanks to all the delegates for their presence and valuable inputs.

Review of KPEF Merit cum In-affordability Scholarship Scheme in light of KPEF 40th Board of Directors meeting.

KPEF inland scholarships review meeting was held on October 5, 2023 at the KPEF Head Office under the chairmanship ship of worthy Managing Director. The main objective of the meeting was to finalize the list of Institutions and review the scholarship disbursement criteria in the light of decisions taken in KPEF 40th Board of Directors meeting.

Progress /Performance Review Meeting of KPEF Officials/Officers.

A meeting was held under the chairmanship of the worthy Managing Director on 03.10.2023 in the head office of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Foundation (KPEF). The purpose of the meeting was to review the ongoing activities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Foundation.

Mr. Fazal Khaliq, the Managing Director appreciated the efforts of staff and commented on organizational setup and vast mandate of the Foundation working for the promotion of Higher Education specifically in private sector.

The Chair also advised all the officers/ officials to adopt proper procedures & Laws in official matters and advised that adopt Proactive disclosure of information and publication/release of information in anticipation of the public's needs and interests.

The Managing Director KPEF present cheque of air return fair to Mr. M. Shafi who has successfully completed his PhD Degree.

Mr. Fazal Khaliq, the Managing Director KPEF present cheque of air return fair (from PR China to Pakistan) to Mr. Muhammad Shafi who under Chief Minister Foreign Scholarship Program has successfully completed his PhD Degree in Physics from Shandong Normal University PR China. The Managing Director appreciated his performance and encouraged him to be an asset to the society and the province.

Mr. Muhammad Shafi is proud of Pakistan as he topped among international students in whole province of Shangdong and published 20 international publications in field of Physics. On his prestigious work he is selected for Post Doctorate program in China. We wish him best of luck.
