The Managing Director of KPEF present cheque of air return fair (from PR China to Pakistan) to Mr. Muhammad Kamal Shah who under Chief Minister Foreign Scholarship KPEF/HE CPEC Program has successfully completed his MS Degree in Civil Engineering from Harbin University PR China.
