Training/workshop on “Teaching & Administrative Leadership Skills in 21st Century”

The Management of KPEF Academy has conducted a one-day training program titled as “Training on Teaching & Administrative Leadership Skills in the 21st Century” on (Tuesday) 24th of January 2023. The following areas were discussed in the training session of 30 participants from the private and public sector institutes: > Professional growth/development > Students’ management > Modern pedagogical strategies > Teamwork & group study > Counseling and Mental Health > Communication & organizational skills > Project management skills > Bookkeeping skills and time management Director KPEFA Ms. Henna Karamat, Master Trainer HEC Pakistan and Mr. Arif Shah Coordinator CPEC were the trainers of the intensive sessions. The successful participants were awarded with the certificates by the Director. The implementation plan was given to the participants which will be discussed in phase-II of the course.
